MIke Recchio

Certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor

  Mike is a certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor who has been training members of ABC since 1995. He received a bachelor's degree in exercise psychology from SUNY. He received his fitness credentials from the International Sports Science Association and APEX Fitness. He is currently CPR and AED certified

He is also certified in fitness therapy and is a certified strength and conditioning coach. Mike played semi-pro football for 11 years and ran track for 4 years. Notable former clients include Dion Lewis from the Philadelphia Eagles, Derek Brown of the New York Giants and Paul Vellano of Maryland University. 

Lindsay Choppy

Certified personal trainer, nutrition advisor and group fitness instructor

Lindsay is a certified personal trainer, nutrition advisor and group fitness instructor. Lindsay graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from SUNY Plattsburgh and a Master of Science in Education from The College of Saint Rose. During her stint at Plattsburgh, Lindsay became a certified personal trainer through AFAA. She is currently CPR and AED certified.

For the past few years, Lindsay has been coaching girls’ soccer at the modified level and has completed her coaching certification. Lindsay has recently completed the Chicago Marathon and the Boston Marathon. Lindsay considers herself to be a positive individual who wants to motivate and inspire clients whether they are accustomed to a gym or embarking on their first fitness routine!

Emilia Sainato

Certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor

Emilia is a certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor. Emilia graduated with a bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross. During her time at Holy Cross, Emilia was a 4 year member of the Varsity Track and Field Team (NCAA Division I) , competing as a sprinter and hurdler. In addition to her athletics, Emilia worked for Holy Cross Athletics, completing a yearlong internship with Holy Cross Strength and Conditioning as well as being a Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Peer Educator.

Upon graduating, she worked with SUNY Albany Strength and Conditioning and is now a competitive powerlifter with USA Powerlifting. She is CPR and AED certified. Emilia looks forward to sharing her love for fitness with you!

Session fees:

$25 for one 30 minute session
$200 for 10 pack of 30 minute sessions
$45 for one 60 minute session
$400 for 10 pack of 60 minute sessions


Beginner Training Package $150

Includes: Initial consultation, body composition analysis and continual tracking when applicable, Body measurement tracking, Fitness evaluation and re-evaluation, Personalized training routines, Nutritional plan personalized for client, 4 Individual 30 minute training sessions to establish and maintain an exercise routine


Advanced Training Package $225

Includes: Initial consultation, body composition analysis and continual tracking when applicable, Body measurement tracking, Fitness evaluation and re-evaluation, Personalized training routines, Nutritional plan personalized for client, 4 Individual 60 minute training sessions to establish and maintain an exercise routine
